CSKA received a license to participate in the elite "A" group and sezon-2008/2009 next year, but a condition which was taken at an extraordinary meeting of the licensing committee of the Bulgarian Football Union:

Licensing committee reported that the meeting of June 26, 2008, based on the decision of the Executive of the Bulgarian Football Union from 24.06.2008 and national guide for club licensing adopted a resolution in which PFC "CSKA AD given license subject to "A" for FY tournaments in Bulgaria.
